Is it hard to learn how to use the equipment?
Nope. As a matter of fact, it's pretty simple. After a few times, it becomes easier and faster to put on than liquid or mineral foundation. It blends seamlessly and dries to powder on contact. Check out the "Video Demos" page and watch how I do it! =)
Eye shadow takes a little more practice, but once you get the hang of it, you'll love it because it won't crease like traditional powder eye shadow. You can also custom blend your own eye shadow color!
How do I decide what colors to get?
You can email me a picture and I can select colors for you, or you can decide based on the swatches on the color chart. It's a good idea to get at least three foundation colors. That way you can custom blend your exact color. It might sound intimidating, mixing your own color, but it couldn't be easier. All you do is pick a color as close to your own color as you can. Then, you can add a couple drops to the cup and using the air flow, you mix the two colors in the cup. See our video demo to see an example.

Return Policy
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 30 days of delivery.
You can request one by filling out a Return Authorization Form here.
Purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs.

2. We save messages and/or email addresses only for a few reasons and you can always request to not receive any email from us. We save messages if we think we'll need refer to them later when we communicate with the customer. We keep email addresses on file for occasional notices from us about new items on the site and/or special sales or other promotional or informational activities. If at any time you no longer desire to receive such information, email us at customercare@airbrushmakeupshop.com with your name and email address.
3. We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. We only gather personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc., when you voluntarily submit it or provide it as part of a sales transaction. We do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site.
4. All information passed between the web server and your web browser while on a secure page is encrypted using 128-bit public/private key cryptography.
5. As a store, AirbrushMakeupShop.com does not market its products to children, nor do we solicit any information from children.
